Service Description

Rezervus is a platform that enables appointment booking between businesses and customers.

User Account

When creating an account, you must comply with the following rules:

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for your account security
• You cannot share your account with others
• You must report suspicious activities

Acceptable Use

The following activities are prohibited when using the platform:

• Illegal activities
• Spam or unwanted messages
• Using someone else's account
• Malicious software in the system
• Copyright infringement

Business Users

Additional terms for customers using business accounts:

• Accuracy of business information
• Service quality responsibility
• Protection of customer data
• Compliance with legal obligations

Payments

All payments are processed through secure payment systems. Refund policy varies by business.

Cancellation Policy

General rules for appointment cancellations are determined by the business. Platform general cancellation policy is minimum 2 hours.

Intellectual Property

All content on the platform is the intellectual property of Rezervus and cannot be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Rezervus is not responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the use of the platform.

Termination

Rezervus may suspend or close accounts that violate the terms of service.

Governing Law

This contract is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and Istanbul courts have jurisdiction.

Changes

Changes to the terms of service are announced on the platform and users are notified.
